Lets see how much “credibility” you think I have when I win this Default Judgement against you for $250,000 because you knowingly provided a false address and failed to respond to the Complaint in 10 days! I will then begin immediate collection efforts by seizing all assets including your car then freezing your paypal and bank accounts.

Thank you.

Mr. Heinze,
Let me clarify this for you in terms that you might better understand.
I am the pro se Plaintiff in a lawsuit filed against you regarding copyright infringement. The Summons and Complaint aka “the lawsuit” has been served (aka legally delivered) to 525 S Americana Blvd, Boise, ID on January 09, 2016 per your instructions in your DMCA counter-notice.
In accordance with the policies and procedures of the Federal Court of Idaho, you are required to file a written Answer to our complaint with the court within 10 days. Failure to do so will allow us to file a Motion for Default Judgement against you, meaning you lose the case by way of your failure to respond in time. Furthermore, should you respond within 10 days, we have already filed a Motion to Change Venue, filed on January 11, 2016 and we are awaiting the courts ruling. If granted, you will need to travel to the new court of jurisdiction provided in that Motion.
