I find this interesting. The same concept can go with flowers too. We think they look pretty, so we want to touch and smell them. In that same process, we transfer its pollen to help propel its survival. We eat fruit to spread seeds. Or we eat seedless fruit to make Cargill even richer. When we deal with salespeople, they like to make it a point that something is free with the purchase, but we know the cost is already built into the price. Nothing is really free.
