I performed a little inspection of a home for $20, but did not recieve the $20 that they promised for the inspection. No further communication was given as the reason why they won’t pay either. I took out my spare time on Christmas Eve to do the Home Inspection because they said that they needed to have the inspection done within 24 hours. But, it looks like I wasted my time for them. Plus they got my pictures and video of the job that I did for them for free.
I would not trust this company to be honest about their contractor work, going into the future. Here is their website: www.homelandfs.com
The 24 hour response is an arbitrary promise. I asked them what they thought of my home inspection and if there was anything else they needed for the job, but got no response. How confident should I be in their paid services if they don’t respond to the people they hire?
Their motto is “piece of mind” but it’s more like, “piece of s****”
If you look at their website, they are unwilling to put any names for representatives anywhere on a page. This means they are not a credible company. If they can’t have a name of someone to represent their corporation, then they are clearly not an honest company. Always get a name of the person you are working for.
